Back From Ukraine

Our trip to Ukraine went great, and right now I'm sifting through over 500 pictures, trying to process the best. It's taken me hours so far, and I'm sure I have a few more to go. I look forward to sharing these pictures with you over the next several posts. [Read More...]

I absolutely loved using my new Sigma 30mm f/1.4 lens. It seemed to work best outside, while inside under harsh tungsten light the contrast seemed a little funny to me. There was snow everywhere during our trip, and so I got a lot of practice at understanding how so much white can throw off your exposure if you don't know what to watch for.

This little boy is one of the missionary kids on the church planting team that we visited in Kharkov, Ukraine.
