This is my good friend Johnathan. Johnathan spent a good part of his teenage years in Brazil with his parents who worked as missionaries, and then he himself worked as an apprentice missionary for a year and a half in South Africa. He currently overworks himself to afford going to school at Lubbock Christian University.
Johnathan has gone through some tough times over the last couple of years and is a true example of what faith looks like during hard times. I love this candid shot of him because I feel like it captures the true spirit of the friend I know and love: Rough times now, but faith in what God will do tomorrow.
