I love how this picture of the Seattle Space Needle conveys such an underwhelming normalcy. We only ever see pictures of it isolated; the lone symbol of Seattle standing proud. In actuality, it is swallowed up by the neighborhoods which surround it. To the people of Seattle the Space Needle is simply regular life.
